Please do not call to check on order or return status, we are working diligently to get them processed as soon as we possibly can, This will allow us to assist those customers that need to change or cancel their order. We are working on our phone system, and are aware of the long hold times. Currently freight companies in some circumstances are taking 2-3 weeks to deliver packages due to the increased volume, and restrictions throughout the country. Your delivery time is based on your conditions locally and we have no control over them.
